ATTENDANCE POLICY REMINDER

Our attendance policy is as follows:
(1) At midnite server, raid gets formed
(2) After invites go out, we'll send out a last call and get the stragglers in
(3) If we have too many for raid, we'll select raid spots by:
- top 17 in attendance on line at that time get raid spots
- RL has discretion to fill up to 8 spots with necessities for raid (tanks, cc, healers, etc), as well as if spots are needed for recruits etc.
- Any remaining spots will be filled by /random among those who are online and want to run.

Attendance:
(1) will be updated weekly, for a running month
(2) 1 pt full attendance (either in raid or online and rdy to raid)
(3) 0.5 pt if late arrival or early departure. Late arrival will be arrival time after the last invites go out.
(4) if not in raid, it is the raiders responsibility to pst Gardorian to get credit for attendance.
