Reminder of raid schedule: FRIDAYS/SATURDAYS are our off-nights

Tues-Thurs and Sun-Mon, we'll generally be in Ulduar-25.  If WG is up at the beginning
or end of raid, we'll try to hit Emalon.  Fri/Sat are off-nites but if we can get enough to
start Ulduar-10, we'll work on that.  Feel free to pug Naxx-25, Sarth, or Malygos to
improve your gear/skills.

Hello all,

We are still looking to fill our ranks in order to ensure full raids.  Yes this means that some will have to sit on raid nites; however, I'm sure most will agree that this is a better alternative than not raiding.

Minimum requirements we expect for applicants:
  - mature, understand their class and roles in a raid
  - toons are raid ready (enchantments, food, flasks/elixirs)
  - for Ulduar, gear should be a mix of Naxx25, Ulduar, crafted epics
  - * We will consider those who are lesser geared, as long as the
    player can demonstrate that they know what they're doing *

If you have friends who are looking to raid, encourage them to app.  Don't be afraid to pug stuff -- we've found some of our best players by pugging w/ them!

Our attendance policy is as follows:
(1) At midnite server, raid gets formed
(2) After invites go out, we'll send out a last call and get the stragglers in
(3) If we have too many for raid, we'll select raid spots by:
     - top 17 in attendance on line at that time get raid spots
     - RL has discretion to fill up to 8 spots with necessities for raid (tanks, cc, healers, etc), as well as if spots are needed for recruits etc.
     - Any remaining spots will be filled by /random among those who are online and want to run.

Attendance:
(1) will be updated weekly, for a running month
(2) 1 pt full attendance (either in raid or online and rdy to raid)
(3) 0.5 pt if late arrival or early departure.  Late arrival will be arrival time after the last invites go out.
(4) if not in raid, it is the raiders responsibility to pst Bitterman to get credit for attendance.
